A combined Jobs and Courses Season Ticket costs £300 for one year.
There is no VAT to pay on these charges. Please contact us if you wish to pay in a currency other than sterling.
Annual season tickets are available for advertising in the 'Jobs' and 'Courses' sections of the Outdoor Info site. Purchasing a season ticket allows you to place unlimited adverts in that section of the site, for one calendar year, for an annual payment. Season Ticket holders are also invited to feature on our Regular Advertisers page. We will send you further details about this when you purchase your Season Ticket.
The only constraint on our Annual Season Tickets is that we will only include each advert once on the site at any one time. This is to prevent the appearance of multiple copies of the same advert in searches.
The season ticket will be of benefit to those clients who make regular use of our 'Jobs' or 'Courses' advertising. Occasional users may prefer to stick with our pay per display charges.
We will send you an invoice by email as soon as your advert appears on the site. We prefer to be paid by bank transfer or BACS so our bank details appear on our invoices. Cheques should be made payable to Outdoor Solutions LLP, and sent to us at:

We will send you a receipt once we have received your payment. If we do not receive your payment within 14 days, we reserve the right to remove your advert from the site as set out in our advertisers terms and conditions (paragraph 7).
Our aim is for all adverts to be on-line within 48 hours of submission. We will automatically email you as soon as your advert is approved and is ‘live’ on the site.
Please remember that the site is owned and run by people who work and are active in the outdoors, so there may be times when work commitments mean we are unable to update the site for a short period of time.
Some clients decide to alter the details of the adverts after having placed it - for example if the dates of a course change, an instructor gains an additional qualification, or a shops opening times change. Once your advert is online then you can amend the details by signing-in to your account, locating the advert in the ‘view live adverts’ section of your account control panel and editing the text of your advert. The existing advert details will remain ‘live’ on the site until we authorise the advert changes at the next site update.
We remove chargeable adverts automatically at the end of the period of period requested and paid for. At that point they are moved to the ‘expired’ adverts part of the clients control panel for future use, or they can be deleted.
All free adverts appear on the site for 90 days, at which point they will automatically ‘expire’. They can then be deleted via the clients control panel, refreshed and made ‘live’ again, or saved for future use.
Clients can remove or edit an advert anytime by logging into the client control panel, clicking on "View live adverts" and expiring the advert.
We operate a mailing list of users who wish to be kept up-to-date of the latest adverts added to our site. Users can sign up to receive specific types of advert such as Jobs or Courses and can specify the frequency at which they receive the updates, either daily or weekly. Users can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.
